Company Name - Peerless Skill Academy a Unit Of B K Roy Foundation Location - Gurap Ramakrishna Mission Designation - Center Coordinator Qualification - H S Graduate in any discipline Salary - Rs 8 000 - Rs 10 000 per month Experience - 0 - 2 years Working Conditions Working hours e g Monday-Friday 9 AM - 6 30 PM May require occasional evening or weekend work for events or programming Optional Some travel may be required Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Center Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our center The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative activities mobilization activities coordinating programs or services and serving as a point of contact for staff candidates and visitors This role requires strong communication multitasking and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily center operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning Greet visitors respond to inquiries and provide general support to candidates Maintain center schedules appointments and program calendars Monitor inventory and order office and center supplies as needed Support recruitment on boarding and scheduling of staff candidates volunteers or program participants Maintain accurate records and documentation including attendance reports and evaluations Collaborate with internal departments and external partners as needed Assist with event planning and execution including workshops meetings and special activities Ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational policies Prepare and submit regular reports to management Job Types Fresher Contractual Temporary Pay 8 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Work Location In person
