We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.

About the Role:

This position involves working with the ServiceNow platform as a developer in a large-scale, multitier production environment. You will be responsible for implementing end-to-end solutions using the ServiceNow HRSD module and collaborating with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Design and implement solutions using ServiceNow HRSD.">
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify business requirements and develop functional solutions.">
  • Develop and maintain HR service delivery components such as HR case management, employee journey management, enterprise onboarding and transitions.">
  • Work with Angular-based front-end and server-side scripting in ServiceNow.">
  • Utilize ServiceNow APIs like GlideRecord, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, etc.">
  • Follow Agile/Scrum methodology for delivery and collaboration.">
  • Lead technical design sessions and document solution architectures.">
  • Support incident resolution and ongoing system enhancement requests.">

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 10-12 years of experience in the Human Resource field with expertise in ServiceNow implementation, solution design, and project management. They will also have hands-on experience in HR processes like HR case management, employee journey management, and enterprise onboarding and transitions.

A strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is essential, as well as excellent time management, organizational skills, crisis management, and problem-solving skills. Good oral and written communication skills, analytical, teamwork, and customer engagement skills are also required.
