Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage day-to-day operations across major online marketplaces. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the assortment lifecycle, tracking style performance, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product execution.

About You:

  • You possess excellent leadership skills, ensuring seamless daily operations and driving business growth through data analysis.
  • Your expertise in assortment management enables you to onboard new styles, optimize visibility, and execute exits effectively.
  • You have a keen eye for detail, monitoring key business KPIs such as Daily Run Rate, GMV, and Return Rate to drive informed decision-making.
  • Strong collaboration skills allow you to work closely with platform category managers to plan growth initiatives and execute seasonal launches.
  • Assisting in executing liquidation plans, you prioritize efficiency and effectiveness in inventory management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations across multiple online marketplaces
  • Own the assortment lifecycle: onboarding, visibility, and exits
  • Track and analyze style performance using data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for timely product execution
  • Monitor key business metrics (Daily Run Rate, GMV, and Return Rate)
  • Work with category managers to develop growth strategies
  • Support seasonal launches and liquidation plans
