Marketplace Operations Manager
This role will lead the brand's presence on domestic and international marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces, excellent communication skills, and experience with SEO and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor overall account health, profit and loss statements, and key performance indicators across all platforms.
- Drive key business metrics such as conversion rates, gross merchandise value, average selling price, returns, cancellations, margins, etc.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and marketplace teams for new product launches and advertising opportunities.
- Provide ongoing strategic insights and recommendations for new marketplace channels.
- Oversee day-to-day marketplace operations, including product listings, promotions, merchandising, and performance analysis.
- Manage relationships with category managers at marketplaces and resolve issues efficiently.
- Develop and implement initiatives to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Analyze website and sales metrics to explain variances in business performance.
- Assist in SEO efforts, including keyword research, website audits, and competitive assessments.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for timely dispatch of articles and high customer satisfaction scores.
- Review invoices and ensure coordination with the finance team for pending payments.
