ECommerce Specialist Job Description

Our company requires an eCommerce Specialist to oversee e-commerce operations, sales-to-order cycles, and MIS reporting.

This role demands a proactive mindset, multitasking ability, and results-driven work ethic in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Processing sales orders and purchase orders according to operational standards.
  • Generating daily and weekly MIS reports for tracking key performance metrics and informed decision-making.
  • Developing strong relationships with suppliers through regular communication.
  • Collaborating with logistics and sales teams to optimize operations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Effectively managing inventory levels to avoid discrepancies and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Troubleshooting payment gateway processes for seamless transactions.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in e-commerce platform management, inventory control, payment gateway integration, and efficient order processing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools is mandatory.
