Global Marketing Director

The Sales and Marketing Manager will drive student enrollment by coordinating sales and marketing activities within their assigned budget. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective marketing plans to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop a sales and marketing strategy to meet sales goals and revenue targets
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and surveys
- Monitor data and sales performance, providing recommendations for improvement
- Implement the international sales and marketing plan, collaborating with regional offices to develop overseas recruitment
- Organize sales events in the region with prior approval from LCB International
- Design and execute promotional events, advertising campaigns, public relations, and brand awareness strategies
- Maintain website content and develop digital strategies to create leads
- Use EMP to maintain, review, and follow up on inquiry databases to maximize conversion to sales
- Respond to enquiries, conduct follow-ups, and maintain database records daily
- Ensure the sales team completes tasks according to their abilities and reports activity as per the agreed-upon schedule
- Develop a training program approved by institute management
- Provide sales reports following sales events, both locally and internationally
- Monitor and report sales and marketing activities, including statistical analysis of performance on a monthly and quarterly basis
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution
- Experience in leading a team and managing cross-functional projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in English, with any other language being a plus
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines
- Strong management skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to organize multiple priorities
$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
