Join Mindshare as a Strategic Planning Director - Digital Transformation

We are looking for a Senior Director – Strategy to join us at Mindshare, a part of GroupM, the world's largest media investment company and a part of WPP. With over 20 years of experience in driving media innovation, we have built a culture that fosters diversity and inclusion.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic inputs based on an understanding of media dynamics and aid the strengthening of the integrated planning product. You will work with the largest advertiser and leader in the FMCG segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to influencing and enhancing planning best practices
  • Collaborate across various teams from ideation to implementation of workstreams
  • Work with the largest advertiser and leader in the FMCG segment

In three months, you will familiarize yourself with our systems and processes, learn our planning methodology, understand different streams of analysis, and contribute to at least two projects. In six months, you will demonstrate thorough understanding of planning principles and processes, collaborate proactively with necessary teams, and point of view on the best approach for projects. In twelve months, you will help build narratives for projects undertaken by the team and manage and deliver projects end-to-end.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in TV planning or digital planning
  • Adept at data analysis and evaluation
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in output
  • Good time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at a time
  • Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience in media planning
  • Preferred background in mathematics or statistics
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and media planning tools
