Key Business Growth Position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic business professional to join our team as a Key Business Growth Position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying and evaluating new opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategic plans for market penetration.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about business development and has a proven track record of success in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Planning: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans for market penetration.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, defense OEMs, PSUs, and system integrators.
  • Business Development: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, and develop proposals and presentations to secure new contracts.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the defense industry.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans, and experience with CRM software.
