Job Title: Fashion Designer

We are seeking a talented and innovative Fashion Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating unique and captivating designs that reflect the brand's ethos and values.

The successful candidate will have a passion for fashion, a strong understanding of Indian couture and contemporary trends, and the ability to blend traditional techniques with modern sensibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing original design concepts and translating them into detailed sketches, illustrations, and storyboards using Adobe Illustrator.
  • Collaborating on fabric selection, embellishment techniques, and garment construction to ensure designs are aesthetically pleasing and technically sound.
  • Staying updated on current fashion trends to create distinctive and trend-setting collections.
  • Preparing graphics and visual presentations to effectively communicate design ideas to production and marketing teams.
  • Overseeing samples and ensuring final pieces meet design intent and quality standards.
  • Contributing to creative brainstorming sessions for upcoming collections and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with expertise in storyboarding and creating detailed technical drawings.
  • A strong passion for fashion and the ability to balance creativity with technical skills.
  • Previous experience in Indian couture or luxury fashion is a plus.
