Senior Leadership – Concept Design (Interior Design)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Leader to lead and oversee our interior design team in the planning and execution of interior projects.

The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of experience in architecture or design, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role. They must have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Foster a collaborative and creative environment, providing guidance and feedback to your team.
  • Client Collaboration: Develop design proposals and present design concepts that meet client needs.
  • Project Management: Oversee all stages of the design process, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring timely delivery of design milestones.
  • Design Development: Conceptualize design ideas, create detailed design plans, select materials and furnishings, and ensure design solutions are practical, aesthetically pleasing, and effective.
  • Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design with other aspects of the project.
  • Design Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of design principles, space planning, color theory, and materials selection.
