Business Development and Strategic Partnerships Manager

Drive the execution of strategic partnerships across multiple business lines, leading high-value relationships and unlocking growth through partner ecosystems.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Structure, negotiate, and execute deals with brands across various industries.
  • Unlock growth for CRED through partner ecosystems and increase product adoption at the merchant level.
  • Owning and growing CXO-level relationships across industries.
  • Lead complex product integrations with partner teams to unlock seamless experiences.
  • Identify and share partner-led insights to influence internal product roadmaps.
  • Champion exclusive brand partnerships to deliver value to members.

Requirements:
  • 4-7 years in partnerships, enterprise sales, or category management in consumer internet businesses.
  • Proven track record managing complex accounts with strong outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of partner/merchant ecosystems across verticals.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - from CXOs to internal cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to drive outcomes independently in ambiguous setups.
  • Familiarity with digital payments or loyalty ecosystems.
  • Prior exposure to product-tech integrations or consumer fintech.
  • Experience in high-growth startups or new business generation.
