Job Title: Business Development Director
We are seeking a strategic business development professional to spearhead our US healthcare sales initiatives. This role requires a hunter mindset—someone who can identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition in the US healthcare sector through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for client acquisition and expansion, leveraging industry insights and market trends.
- Build a robust pipeline through outbound sales (cold calling, networking, digital campaigns, industry events).
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles – from prospecting to closing deals exceeding $250,000+ annually.
- Establish and maintain C-level and decision-maker relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and physician groups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to client needs and deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related field with 6-10 years of experience in International BPO sales, including 3+ years in US healthcare sales.
- Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), teleradiology, and healthcare outsourcing services.
- Demonstrated success in closing high-value healthcare deals ($250K+ deal sizes) with a track record of achievement.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and US healthcare compliance frameworks, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
