Solar Field Sales Role Overview
AideWiser SolTek is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our Solar Division. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and selling new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities by identifying new channels and channel partners
- Sell by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;
- Recommending and up-selling solutions
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
- Recommending profit and service improvements
- Manage the sales process through specific software programs
- Enable on-ground marketing events
- Build and maintain a CRM database
- Participate in sales team meetings
Requirements:
- The candidate should be from an outbound sales background.
- Should have expertise in field sales.
- Candidate should be comfortable with physical activity such as climbing (no elevators) to rooftops of buildings, taking measurements of the site, and making accurate records consistently regardless of weather conditions.
- The candidate should be ready to go in open areas because the summers will be hot and the outbound role transacts and interacts mostly in open terraces and sites.
- Candidate should have knowledge about solar or renewable or non-renewable energies, and a passion to learn about such domains.
- Candidate should have excellent English communication.
- Educational Background:-
- 1. Basic Background in science (PCMC) (Higher Secondary/ High School) 60% at least.
- 2. Diploma/ B.E/ B-Tech. Any branch 60 %.
- 3. M. Tech (CS)
