Solar Field Sales Role Overview


AideWiser SolTek is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our Solar Division. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and selling new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and managing the sales process through specific software programs.



  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying new channels and channel partners
  • Sell by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;
  • Recommending and up-selling solutions
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
  • Recommending profit and service improvements
  • Manage the sales process through specific software programs
  • Enable on-ground marketing events
  • Build and maintain a CRM database
  • Participate in sales team meetings

Requirements:



  • The candidate should be from an outbound sales background.
  • Should have expertise in field sales.
  • Candidate should be comfortable with physical activity such as climbing (no elevators) to rooftops of buildings, taking measurements of the site, and making accurate records consistently regardless of weather conditions.
  • The candidate should be ready to go in open areas because the summers will be hot and the outbound role transacts and interacts mostly in open terraces and sites.
  • Candidate should have knowledge about solar or renewable or non-renewable energies, and a passion to learn about such domains.
  • Candidate should have excellent English communication.
  • Educational Background:-
  • 1. Basic Background in science (PCMC) (Higher Secondary/ High School) 60% at least.
  • 2. Diploma/ B.E/ B-Tech. Any branch 60 %.
  • 3. M. Tech (CS)
