Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team in the Paint Shop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair paint booth, Durr painting robots, ABB Robots, Conveyors, Pre-treatment line, paint shop ovens, and burners
  • Diagnose and correct faults in Mitsubishi, Siemens PLC, HMI, CC-link, and Siemens CNC systems
  • Develop and implement digitization, automation, and IoT projects in Paint and Weld shops
  • Optimize maintenance and repair costs through Kaizen and cost-saving initiatives like part life enhancement and in-house repairing
  • Prepare daily and monthly maintenance MIS reports for breakdowns, PM, TBM, CBM, and update technician's logbook and machine history cards
  • Identify critical spare parts, plan procurement with inventory analysis to ensure zero downtime at optimal cost
  • Support weld shop team for troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance
Requirements:
  • B.E. or B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering with relevant experience in Paint shop with DURR, ABB, Robots, PT line, Mitsubishi PLC, Conveyor system
  • 6-8 years of experience or 10-12 years of experience in Maintenance and Mechatronics
  • Good knowledge in Maintenance of Paint booth, Durr painting robots, ABB Robots, Conveyors, PT line, Paint shop ovens, and burners
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
