Function Operations Pay Band E4 to M2 Role As the Team Manager - Maintenance Machine Shop you will be part of the Operations and will report to the Section Head - Maintenance ICE The purpose of your role will be to manage breakdown preventive and predictive maintenance for Machine shop line equipment like Fanuc Robo drill Fine boring Rotary milling Micromatic Grinding Nagel honing and Gantry system Fanuc robot s Induction hardening SPM machines to ensure smooth functioning of equipment to achieve organisation goals A purpose driven role for you Your key Responsibilities will include but not limited to 1 Planning execution of effective maintenance schedules like Preventive Predictive TBM repairs shutdown maintenance for machineries equipment to achieve set target in a cost effective manner 2 Attending to breakdowns PM CBM and TBM for various machine shop equipment like Fanuc Robo drill Fine boring Rotary milling Micromatic Grinding Nagel honing Gantry systems Fanuc robots and SPM machines 3 Fault diagnosis corrections and logic modifications for Fanuc CNC Mitsubishi PLC HMI CC-link Siemens CNC 4 Implementing new modifications and low-cost automation based on electrical mechanical requirements as well as implementing Digitization Automation and IoT projects across the plant 5 Optimizing repair maintenance R M costs for the machine shop line through Kaizen and cost-saving projects like part life enhancement and in-house repairing 6 Daily monthly maintenance MIS preparation reporting for breakdowns PM TBM CBM and updating technician s logbook machine history cards 7 People capability building through various technical behavioral trainings to ensure future ready workforce to create collaborate inspire the world 8 Identifying critical spare parts planning and procurement with inventory analysis to ensure zero downtine at optimum cost A Day in the life Preparation of Manpower as per planning Maintain check on process parameters of Critical equipment Maintenance planning of Shift in line with plan Maintain Product and process Quality requirement Documentation and reporting of Maintenance and breakdowns Academic Qualification Experience -
