The General Manager Operations role is a key position within the hospital's administrative structure. As an operational head, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the District Government Hospital, ensuring compliance with National Medical Commission regulations and liaising with government officials, politicians, MLAs, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Work closely with Medical Superintendent and Chief Operating Officer to drive operational efficiency, enhance patient care, and collaborate with AHERF and the Corporate Leadership Team to achieve strategic objectives.">
  • Oversee operations of Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences & Research - RTHC, Aragonda.">
  • Ensure the hospital operates efficiently within the PPP framework, meeting service delivery and performance metrics.">
  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.">

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong leadership, strategic planning, and coordination skills. You should also have experience in managing hospital resources, including medical equipment, supplies, and infrastructure, as well as effective communication and collaboration skills.
