Job Title:

A Collection Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of Field Operations Specialists (FOS) in managing the day-to-day collection status and end-of-day cash deposited collections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all buckets from 0 Days Past Due (DPD) to 270 DPD
  • Regularly collect non-performing assets (NPAs) and handle legal collections
  • Ensure adherence to established processes, procedures, and norms
  • Maintain good coordination between team members and branch staff
  • Manage high-ticket delinquent accounts directly

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on enhancing collections in assigned areas individually and as a team.
