About Us

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with colleagues worldwide.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for providing remote support for employees' hardware, software, and connectivity issues. You will also be tasked with maintaining documentation for IT support procedures, managing user accounts and permissions across various tools, and implementing IT security best practices to protect sensitive data.

To be successful in this role, you will require a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, as well as 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar fields. You should have strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments, and experience with Google Workspace / Office 365 administration. Additionally, you should be familiar with VPNs, firewalls, endpoint protection, and security best practices.
