About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for leading strategic initiatives that enhance our operational risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust risk procedures aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Engage in cross-functional projects to drive strategic growth and improve risk governance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external risk standards.
Operational Excellence
  • Spearhead RCSA program execution, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate issue monitoring and remediation, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain and update risk-related documentation, promoting transparency.
  • Perform control tests, documenting findings and recommendations.
  • Prepare insightful reports and dashboards to inform stakeholders.
Leadership and Collaboration
  • Foster stakeholder engagement, facilitating effective communication.
  • Lead and motivate teams, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Cultivate strong presentation and communication skills, empowering leaders to drive change.
Experience & Qualifications

We seek an individual with:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in operational risk management, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and internal control principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead medium-sized teams and drive strategic initiatives.
