Remote Supervision Governance Role

This position plays a key role in supporting the implementation of remote supervision governance across various business divisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing Remote Supervision Packs to facilitate governance meetings, coordinating and collating management information (MI) from various teams, and ensuring timely availability of source data.

  • Produce high-quality MI reports to support governance discussions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data collection and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive effective communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the design and implementation of control frameworks to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Establish key delivery plans and milestones for control framework rollout.
Implementation of Control Frameworks:
  • Work closely with strategic analytics groups and other IT teams to automate MI creation and reduce manual effort.
  • Develop and implement preventive control measures to minimize risk exposure.
  • Drive/monitor risk remediation activities of audit findings, self-identified issues, and regulatory commitments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in finance, operations, or risk & control functions.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with exposure to VBA/programming preferred.
  • Self-starter with ability to work autonomously and proactively within tight timelines.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills/knowledge related to risk management/operational risk.
  • Effective relationship building and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills and ability to work effectively with all levels within the organization.
  • Project management skills to independently drive strategic automation solutions.
