Performance Marketing Role

We are seeking a skilled performance marketing specialist to join our team. As a key member of the digital marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative campaigns that drive real results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to achieve client objectives.
  • Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to boost performance.
  • Track and report on campaign metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and video content.
  • Monitor monthly campaign spend and plan for future months.
  • Lead client calls, presenting data insights and performance updates.

Requirements:

  • At least one year's experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Strong analytical skills to break down data and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and ensure their successful execution.
