Performance Marketing Executive Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing performance-based marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance-based marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliate marketing, and other relevant platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achieve cost-per-acquisition targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
