Job Opportunity: Event Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee client relationships and collaborate with creative, media, and digital teams to deliver exceptional results for the brand.
  • Drive strategic communication ideas and manage teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (creative, production, logistics, etc.) ensuring seamless communication and execution.
  • Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable event strategies and deliverables that meet their expectations.
  • Prepare and present proposals, pitch presentations, and quotations to secure new business opportunities.
  • C coordinate with vendors, production houses, and third-party agencies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of events.
  • Maintain project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all events are executed on schedule and within budget.
  • Manage on-ground event execution in collaboration with the production team to ensure a smooth and successful experience for clients.
  • Establish regular client communication, share updates, and provide post-event reports to demonstrate value and build strong relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or extend client engagements, resulting in increased revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Handle client feedback and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of work done, competition, market insight, and industry data to inform future business decisions.
  • Track work to ensure timely and accurate billing, streamlining financial processes and reducing errors.
  • Provide insightful and strategic briefs to relevant teams, driving quality work and achieving business objectives.
  • Plan, organize, and guide internal processes and work to meet deadlines, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
