Senior Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Event Coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of various events. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of assigned projects, while building strong relationships with clients.
Job Description:The Senior Event Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned event projects, from conceptualization to execution. This includes understanding client requirements and serving as the primary point of contact between clients and production teams. The Senior Event Coordinator will also conduct site visits with clients and production teams to ensure seamless project execution, present detailed project plans and timelines to clients, brief external agencies and vendors on project requirements, and produce comprehensive event reports, including post-event analysis and recommendations for future improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in event management.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar software.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and guide team members.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional quality of work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.
