Senior Event Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the planning and execution of events and on-ground projects.

  • Develop comprehensive event plans, encompassing venue selection, setup, set design, LED screens, branding materials, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver tailored set and venue designs.
  • Maintain a database of external agencies specializing in set design, lighting, stage, and event production.
  • Coordinate with hotels and venues to manage bookings, room arrangements, and logistics.
  • Establish a repository of hotel options across major cities for easy reference.
  • Bring creative ideas and innovative thinking to event layouts, ensuring captivating and engaging experiences.
  • Stay current with advancements in event technology and integrate them into projects to enhance impact.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in event planning or project management.
  • Proven track record in event planning, production, or project management.
  • In-depth understanding of set design, lighting, and event technology.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative aptitude with attention to detail and design sense.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
