Job Profile:
As a key member of the HRhelpdesk team, the ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong focus on acquiring new clients and growing existing relationships. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. The Client Growth Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

2. Meeting productivity targets on loan disbursements on a Month on Month basis, understanding the product offering clearly, and being able to explain the product to merchants.

3. Achieving set disbursal targets through lead generation and fulfillment from alternate channels, and working closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.



Requirements

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate in Commerce/Science
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in a Bank/Insurance company or a NBFC.
