Job Title: Software Engineer for ServiceNow Solutions

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Flow Designer and experience in designing business processes. They will also be skilled in creating catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs.

A strong team player with leadership skills in upgrades and maintenance is required. The candidate should be proficient in setting up and tracking metrics, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to define and streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement business processes using Flow Designer and Client/Server Scripts.
  • Create catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems.
  • Setup and track metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Lead instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Facilities to define and streamline workflows.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and train L1/L2 teams.

Required Skills:

  • Domain Separation, scoped apps, data import/export, UI policies.
  • Leadership skills in upgrades and maintenance.
  • Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders.
  • Audit preparation and compliance documentation.
