Job Summary

GFL Recruitment Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR programs and policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Manage HRIS systems and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
  • Administer performance management programs to drive employee growth and development.
  • Oversee benefits administration and compliance to ensure fair and equitable treatment of employees.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Assist in policy development and implementation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment and selection processes.
  • Knowledge of performance management and employee relations.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
