About the Role

The Human Resource Executive is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resources operations. This role plays a critical part in driving the implementation of HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Conduct recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition of new employees into the organization.
  • Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Handle employee relations and conflict resolution to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • HRIS Systems and Databases: Manage HRIS systems and databases to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
  • Performance Management: Administer performance management programs to promote growth and development among employees.
  • Benefits Administration and Compliance: Oversee benefits administration and compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Employee Engagement Initiatives: Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  • HR Reports and Analytics: Prepare and maintain HR reports and analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Assist in policy development and implementation to maintain a fair and equitable work environment.
  • Training and Development Programs: Coordinate training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
  • Exit Interviews and Offboarding Processes: Conduct exit interviews and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition of departing employees.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in HR or a related role.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in HRIS and MS Office, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Certifications: HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus.
