Job Description

The Human Resource Executive plays a crucial role in driving the implementation of HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, onboard, and train staff to meet organizational needs
  • Develop and implement employee relations and conflict resolution strategies
  • Manage HRIS systems and databases to track employee data and performance
  • Administer performance management programs to enhance employee growth and development
  • Oversee benefits administration and compliance to maintain a fair and competitive compensation package
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and analytics to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Conduct exit interviews and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience in HR or related roles
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment and selection processes
  • Knowledge of performance management and employee relations
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
