We're seeking a detail-obsessed Quality Assurance Analyst to help uphold the highest standards of quality and reliability in our flagship mobile franchise, Jackpot Party Casino.

This is a fully remote position that requires curiosity, precision, and a strong sense of ownership. You will be responsible for developing and executing tests on new features, tools, and game content to ensure they meet exacting standards, especially around high-impact, revenue-sensitive areas.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to cut through complexity and ambiguity, identify risks quickly, and bring clarity to fast-moving, often chaotic scenarios. Success in this role goes beyond testing - it requires investigation, problem-solving, and stewardship of product integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all software functions as intended with exceptional detail and accuracy
  • Create, maintain, and execute test plans and cases across new and existing game content, tools, and platforms
  • Document and track issues using bug tracking software from discovery through resolution
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, artists, and product managers to identify potential quality risks early
  • Reproduce and isolate complex issues to support engineering resolution efforts
  • Generate clear and concise QA documentation, reports, and feedback summaries
  • Identify gaps in test coverage and proactively suggest process improvements
  • Own the quality of your assigned areas - functionality, usability, and player experience

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional QA experience in games or software testing
  • Strong understanding of LiveOps processes, config validations, and content testing
  • Proven ability to work independently in night shifts, staying highly responsive and accountable
  • High attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies quickly
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking (Jira) and test management tools (Xray, TestRail, etc.)
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Dev, Config, Product, Art)
  • Experience with mobile or web-based games or apps

Nice to Have:

  • Experience testing F2P mobile or web-based games
  • Familiarity with slot games or monetization-driven content
  • Experience with Unity-based asset validation and bundle integration checks
