Management Development Program

The Management Development Program is a challenging and structured career development opportunity designed for fresh management graduates.

  • This program aims to nurture young talent with strong potential to become high-value specialists and future business leaders.
  • The incumbent will gain solid grounding in relevant industry knowledge, management skills, and set a strong foundation for an individual to develop long-term careers.

Objectives of the Program:

  • To develop associates who possess an all-rounded understanding of business teams before becoming subject matter experts.
  • To build and nurture strong, well-rounded leaders that will replenish the pipeline for managerial roles over the next 3 to 5 years.
  • The program prepares MTs to anticipate and solve complex problems, manage projects, build people networks, and meet continuous challenges in the IT staffing industry.

What to Expect?

As a trainee, you will complete challenging assignments throughout our Offshore Delivery Centre organization in various fields such as Corporate HR, Recruitment, Talent Management, OD, L&D, Finance, Market Research, etc. During each rotation of the traineeship, you will participate in different projects. We assume that you like to operate hands-on and take responsibility at the same time.

Requirements:

  • Someone who knows how to navigate AI and Excel.
  • Freshers or MBA graduates with interest in strategic planning.
  • Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • A mature individual who understands deadlines.
  • A postgraduate degree in Human Resource, Finance, Marketing, or General Management.
  • No more than two years of working experience, preferably in the Service Industry.
  • An international mindset and good command over English language.
  • Highly ambitious, constantly driving improvement and setting stretching goals.
  • Good at identifying market drivers and passionate to serve customers.
  • A real team player who is interested in colleagues' motives and behaviors, driving collaboration.
  • Developed skills from extra-curricular activities like sports, volunteer work, internships, or committee activities.
