Marketing Role Overview

This role involves being the face of our company during on-ground brand activations, society events, and pop-up experiences. You will interact with potential customers and communicate our story with energy and charm. Your key responsibilities include managing setup and execution of residential society activations and offline events across the city, capturing feedback, and generating leads from offline engagement. This is a flexible role that requires you to work during evenings and weekends, when most activations take place.

Key Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with prior experience in conducting on-ground events, society activations, or pop-ups. A confident communicator who thrives in high-energy, people-facing roles is essential. You should be comfortable working in flexible slots and traveling within Bangalore. Passionate about startups, marketing, and customer interaction are also important qualities we look for.
