Food Safety Market Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our food safety market development strategy, driving divisional growth across the food and beverage sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the market, excellent analytical and scientific skills, and the ability to influence effectively in a matrix organizational structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive divisional strategy across the food and beverage market aligned to business objectives.
  • Analyze and report on market, competitive, and application trends, as well as new workflow opportunities across the division portfolio.
  • Collaborate with product marketing management and customer application centers to determine high-value applications workflows that best demonstrate product value and competitive edge.
  • Build regulatory relationships and drive regulatory method inclusion for the product portfolio and workflows.
  • Support the commercial organization with domain expertise at identified key accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent experience; MS, Ph.D., or MBA highly desirable.
  • 10 years of work experience in the food and beverage sector, marketing, or business development with solid analytical scientific technology knowledge.
  • Proven ability to influence effectively in a matrix organizational structure.
