Job Title: Reception Services Coordinator
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and direct visitors, clients, and vendors as the first point of contact.
- Efficiently manage the reception area, handle phone calls, and route inquiries appropriately.
- Coordinate courier, mail, and document tasks to ensure timely delivery.
- Schedule meeting rooms, appointments, and visitor logs to maximize productivity.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment at all times.
- Provide administrative support to management when needed.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries effectively.
- Route sales leads to relevant stakeholders and maintain customer relationships.
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and agreements accurately.
- Update the CRM/database with accurate client and sales information promptly.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5 years of work experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are necessary.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required.
