We are seeking a polished and customer-oriented individual to welcome and host prospective clients during their property visits, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
- Welcome and receive prospective clients, making them feel valued and comfortable.
- Host clients during site/property visits, maintaining a high-standard of service.
- Provide basic project information and direct client queries to the sales team.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare for client visits, including refreshments, site readiness, and meeting arrangements.
This role requires maintaining elegant reception and hosting areas, ensuring accurate client records, and handling client requests with professionalism and discretion. Additionally, you will assist in organizing customer engagement events, property showcases, and high-profile client visits.
To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a polished appearance, and a warm approachable personality. You should be able to multitask, stay organized, and work well under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Fluency in English.
