Project Coordinator Role Overview

The Junior Project Manager role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by coordinating key activities, tracking and publishing Service Level Agreements, documenting management processes, and providing comprehensive summary reports.

This position requires an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in advanced Excel features, including VBA and formulas, and strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Familiarity with Service Delivery tools like Service Now is also highly desirable.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating specific project activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Tracking and publishing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to stakeholders.
  • Documenting management processes and procedures.
  • Providing regular summary reports to stakeholders.
  • Collecting data from team members, consolidating it, and presenting summary reports.
  • Maintaining document control for the program.
  • Tracking competency development of the team.
  • Analyzing risks and maintaining a Risk Log.
  • Supporting the Project Change Management process.
  • Organizing meetings and tracking action items to closure.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel advanced features, including VBA and formulas.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with Service Delivery tools like Service Now is a plus.
