The key responsibilities include:

  • Focusing on developing automated testing strategies in core technologies
  • Creating comprehensive test documentation
  • Defining test scope and identifying risk for the tested area
  • Developing and improving QA processes
  • Providing guidance and support to team members
  • Leading technical discussions and driving results

Requirements include:

  • At least 6 years of commercial experience in manual and automation testing
  • At least 3 years of experience in test automation
  • Experience working with Cypress.io and/or Playwright
  • Strong knowledge of at least one JavaScript programming language
  • Excellent understanding of testing techniques, strong manual testing experience, and some non-functional testing experience
  • Knowledge of good practices in testing and the ability to apply them
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts
  • Experience in API testing using Postman
  • Able to mentor and guide junior testers
  • Hands-on experience with Databases/Advanced Excel is a plus
  • Experience with large datasets or large customer bases is a plus
  • Root cause analysis
  • Test reporting
  • CI/CD setup, SQL databases, Monitoring services, Test design, programming languages, Test planning, and QA strategy
  • Knowledge of Python, Java is an added advantage
