Service Supervisor

The role of a Service Supervisor involves overseeing the daily activities of field service technicians to ensure that customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with employees and customers to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Distribute tasks and workload among team members based on priority and availability.
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections to identify potential issues and develop preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings to educate employees on best practices and promote a safe work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee performance, customer feedback, and service history.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce callbacks.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients to ensure loyalty and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the elevator industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
