Job Title: Customer Success Intern

  • We're seeking an accomplished Candidate Support Intern to spearhead this mission. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing strategies that elevate our candidate outreach initiatives.

This is a blend of customer support and candidate outreach, focusing on resolving issues and enhancing the overall candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. • Champion candidates' needs, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email or chat with precision and empathy.

  2. • Review candidate-provided documents for completeness and accuracy, communicating clearly if additional information is required, thereby ensuring seamless interactions.

  3. • Educate candidates on documentation requirements, providing guidance and support to guarantee their understanding of expectations.

  4. • Document candidate interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience, empowering data-driven decision-making.

  5. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs and enhance the overall experience, cultivating a culture of open communication and collaboration.

  6. • Create and maintain comprehensive support documentation to streamline common and recurring questions, increasing efficiency and reducing response times.

  7. • Assist Candidate Success Managers with tasks such as updating candidate information and informing internal teams of any escalated issues, ensuring seamless information exchange.

  8. • Handle level 1 escalations that require a solid understanding of our documentation and candidate support processes, exercising sound judgment and analytical skills.
