Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Storyteller and Culture Ambassador to bring our employee experience to life.

This role will create engaging content, design communications, and plan events that connect every employee to our purpose and values.

  • Create compelling stories through videos, blogs, and testimonials that showcase our diversity, equity, inclusion, learning culture, and everyday employee experiences.
  • Develop and deliver strategic communications that foster a sense of belonging among employees.
  • Plan and execute organization-wide events, festivals, and milestones that make work feel like home.

This position requires a natural flair for storytelling, creative content, and people engagement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, and 8 years of experience in internal communications, HR events, or employer branding.

The successful candidate will have the creative freedom to shape culture, spark joy, and make employees proud to belong. Every festival, campaign, and celebration they lead will be an opportunity to make our workplace more vibrant, connected, and unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy that showcases our company's culture and values.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute organization-wide events, festivals, and milestones that celebrate our achievements and milestones.
  • Culture Building: Foster a sense of belonging among employees through strategic communications and cultural initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in internal communications, HR events, or employer branding.
  • Natural flair for storytelling, creative content, and people engagement.
