Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits professional to join our team.

  • Work closely with the People, Organization and Culture team to deliver high-quality compensation and benefits solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
  • Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with statutory compliance and market best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation design, including pay ranges, pay structuring, pay mix, and benefits design.
  • Play an integral role in delivering annual pay review and bonus processes at client organizations.
  • Align with statutory compliance; be aware of market practices and developments.
  • Compensation and benefits market benchmarking, trends, and advisory services.
  • Job evaluation and leveling.
  • Annual compensation cycle budgeting, management, and execution.
  • Present solutions and recommendations in a structured and articulate manner to clients and internal teams.
  • Conduct due diligence for renewals and trends for insurance and employee wellness programs at client organizations.
  • Coordinate with HR operations to implement programs in consultation with HR business partners.
  • Liaise with benefits vendors and work with other functions such as HR operations and finance to execute benefits programs at client organizations.
  • Provide consulting advice to established clients, design and implement specific rewards-related projects. Manage compensation and benefits project modules under guidance of C&B/POL leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a compensation role, preferably with a mix of consulting and field experience.
  • All-round understanding of total rewards design principles and their application, along with associated business acumen.
  • Familiarity with one or more leading job evaluation frameworks.
  • Experience in conducting annual compensation cycles.
  • Experience in engaging with and onboarding benefits vendors.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • University degree in HR, with a master's or MBA strongly preferred.
  • Relevant certifications from widely recognized professional bodies.
