Job Title: Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design and configure SAP US Payroll, ensuring seamless integration with SAP FI and third-party systems. This role will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll processing, while maintaining compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.

  • Design and configure SAP US Payroll from gross payroll to net payroll">
  • Experience in BSI tax factory and tax configuration, Garnishments Configuration">
  • Off-cycle payroll definition and processing">
  • Integration with SAP FI and third-party FI">
  • Knowledge of PCR and post-payroll activities">

  • Minimum 5 years total IT experience, preferably in SAP HCM">
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in design and configuration of SAP US Payroll">
