Job Title: Dynamics CRM Technical Lead

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced technical professional with a proven track record in designing and developing Microsoft-based business solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and collaborate with clients from around the world.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystems. Strong programming skills in languages such as C# and JavaScript are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Gathering and analyzing client requirements to design and implement complex CRM solutions
  • Curating and brainstorming approaches to meet client requirements
  • Meticulously understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Estimating efforts around multiple approaches and communicating pros and cons to clients
  • Developing and customizing various CRM components such as entities, forms, workflows, plugins, reports, dashboards
  • Implementing integrations with external systems
  • Being involved in development using CRM SDK, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Database, ADO.NET
  • Writing clean and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices
  • Debugging and troubleshooting issues in the CRM system
  • Collaborating with project teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of relevant working experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and JavaScript
