Role Description:

We are seeking an expert to drive digital transformation through Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365. The ideal candidate will have experience working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of the platform, and a strong understanding of MS CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.

The successful candidate will coordinate with development teams, document business requirements, and obtain customer acceptance for project deliverables. Strong communication skills are essential for addressing user queries and ensuring seamless project execution.

In this role, you will work closely with business users to develop acceptance criteria for test cases and scenarios. Your expertise in SSRS reporting services and application integrations with MS CRM is highly valued.

A good understanding of the Power Platform, Power Apps, Flow, and Power BI is beneficial, as is knowledge of the Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Common Data Model.

You will be responsible for configuring MS CRM, integrating applications, and providing technical guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.
