Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our network of schools and universities, developing collaborations with education service providers, and increasing brand presence.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, highly communicative individual who is focused on increasing revenue streams through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development & Partnerships:
    • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and education service providers.
    • Build and execute strategic collaborations with international schools, test prep providers, and university admissions teams.
    • Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and networking events to establish and grow relationships.
  • Student Counseling & Application Support:
    • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students/applicants to discuss university options and finalizing university lists, academic pathways, and career goals.
    • Assist students with applications, including essays, personal statements, and supplemental documents.
  • School & University Outreach:
    • Establish an active school network by initiating partnerships for webinars, consultations, and workshops.
    • Organize and execute on-campus and virtual events to engage students, parents, and educators.
  • Sales & Market Expansion:
    • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in different regions.
    • Initiate phone and video calls with prospective clients (students, parents, and schools).
  • Client & Partner Relationship Management:
    • Ensure a high-quality experience for students, parents, and partners.
    • Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and collaboration with new partners.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
