Job Title: Cold Finishing Operations Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Cold Finishing Operations Specialist. This role is responsible for overseeing the cold finishing process of ductile iron pipes, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and standards.

They will be responsible for monitoring and controlling operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and identifying areas for improvement in the cold finishing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage a team of operators, providing guidance and support to ensure they are able to perform their roles effectively

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 3-5 years' experience in cold finishing operations or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
