Financial Operations Specialist

This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in company incorporation, licensing, and regulatory filings by maintaining accurate records of filings and transactions.
- Prepare and manage documentation for registrations, approvals, and legal compliance, adhering to accounting standards and statutory obligations.
- Track application status and coordinate with government authorities for processing, ensuring timely filing of returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
- Guide clients on statutory obligations and documentation related to company setup, including preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
- Support financial reporting, including the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain accurate records of filings, transactions, and reports, identifying areas for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures, including tax laws and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications, with ability to learn new systems and technologies.
