Developing Data-Driven Strategies for Business Growth

The role of Sr Analytics Manager is a leadership position that involves driving business growth through data-driven insights.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement advanced analytics strategies to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Lead an analytics team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence, with hands-on experience with tools such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and NLTK. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in ML/DL
  • Proficiency in Python and at least one of the Deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy, and Huggingface transformers
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI models and their architectures
  • Familiarity with at least one of the two cloud platforms - Azure or AWS
  • Experience with development tools such as Git and version control
  • Experience deploying the solutions using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools like Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow, etc., to build orchestration pipelines and enable model versioning and tracking
  • Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and core software engineering principles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment
