Job Title: Data Strategist

As a data strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.

  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with evolving business needs, leveraging data science practices to inform strategic decisions.
  • Digital Transformation: Facilitate the redesign of business processes through digital solutions, employing agile methodologies to drive efficient execution and embracing design thinking for ideation.
  • Advanced Analytics: Utilize tools and methodologies like Python, PowerBI, Orange, and GPTs to analyze trends and patterns within big data sets, informing business decisions across functions and levels. Clean, preprocess, and transform data to ensure its high quality, handling missing values and outliers.
  • Predictive Modeling: Employ advanced analytics techniques and machine learning algorithms like neural networks, XGBoost, and autoencoders to improve process and equipment reliability and resilience to external sources of variability.
  • Model Deployment: Test, iterate, and deploy tools as part of pilot programs, aligning with the digital strategy roadmap.
  • Ai/ML Model Validation: Conduct hands-on testing and validation of AI/ML models to gauge their effectiveness and refine their performance continually.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different business units to understand their needs and integrate data science solutions into their digital strategy.
  • Continuous Monitoring: Implement continuous monitoring processes for AI models to ensure performance accuracy, detect drift, and make timely adjustments.
  • Solution Handover: Ensure seamless handover of solutions to the digital execution team for scale-up and continuously monitor for improvement areas. Document the entire project, including data sources, methodologies, model architecture, and any decisions made throughout the process.

Requirements: B.E/B.tech/PG in Data Science or equivalent.
